What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients in need of hiring support
- Introduce TrueFit Talent’s flat-rate recruiting model
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Close new client agreements and hand off accounts for delivery
- Collaborate with leadership to align on target industries and roles
Compensation
- Straight commission (1099 contractor), no base pay
- Earn a percentage of the flat-rate fee for each new client you bring on
- Commission is paid after the client's payment is received
- No cap on earnings
- Clearly defined ownership of accounts and commission terms
