360° Recruitment & Sales Consultant
Remote – Texas

We are looking for a Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Texas.
This is a 360° recruitment role, meaning you will be involved in the entire process — from developing new business and building client relationships to sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
What You'll Do
As a 360° Recruitment & Sales Consultant, you will:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify companies that are hiring and understand their recruitment needs
- Source, approach, and interview potential candidates
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Manage the recruitment process from the first conversation to the placement
- Negotiate offers and help close successful placements
- Develop your own client and candidate network
- Learn how to manage your own desk and grow your business
What We're Looking For
No previous recruitment experience is required.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A recent college/university graduate or early-career professional
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Comfortable communicating with people by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Not afraid of cold calling or business development
- Competitive and results-oriented
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in English
Sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, or internship experience is a plus — but not required.
