About the Role

HireGummy is looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to book qualified meetings directly for the Co-founder.

This is a fast-paced role where your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments and keep the sales pipeline active. We're looking for someone who can deliver results from day one.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $800 AUD/month
  • Commission: $30 AUD for every qualified meeting that attends.
  • Bonus: $100 AUD for every deal successfully closed from a meeting you booked.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads using Apollo and other prospecting tools.
  • Conduct outreach to service-based businesses.
  • Book qualified meetings directly into the Co-founder's calendar.
  • Confirm appointments to maximize attendance rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and meeting outcomes.
  • Provide daily updates on activity and performance.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B outreach.
  • Experience targeting service-based businesses is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with a performance-based commission structure.
  • Able to demonstrate measurable results within the first month.

Please Note: This is not a traditional three-month probation role. Performance during the first month will determine ongoing employment.
