The Associate Director plans and executes national recruitment activities to build pipelines of domestic applicants for graduate programs. This includes establishing partnerships with undergraduate institutions, professional organizations, and employers to create structured pathways for students.

This administrative leader manages the Men's cohort, overseeing the Program Director's inbox, scheduling, and administrative workflows, while also serving as the departmental lead for events, CEUs, and technology support for both Men's and Women's programs.
