Lead the U.S. market access strategy by building relationships with national and regional commercial payers to secure favorable formulary coverage for Azetukalner. Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Value and Access teams to communicate the product's value proposition and manage contracting processes.

The Director is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive commercial learning strategy to build field capability and ensure launch readiness for the U.S. organization. This includes designing training programs for product knowledge, selling skills, and leadership development while partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams.
