The Merchandising Director will lead regional lifestyle product merchandising, including assortment planning, channel segmentation, and sales forecasting for the North American market. They will act as the primary sales representative in product milestone meetings and collaborate with marketing to execute go-to-market strategies.

Lead a team of data engineers in designing and implementing modern data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure platforms. Responsible for technical leadership, architecture blueprinting, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure data quality and compliance.

Drive the apparel business for strategic accounts by developing sales plans, managing product mix, and forecasting growth. Maintain senior-level relationships with key accounts and ensure brand execution through consistent in-store visitations.

Supervise a national team of field marketing specialists to increase brand awareness and drive retail sell-through. Manage marketing budgets, source promotional tools, and coordinate field initiatives in tandem with sales and account marketing teams.

The role involves developing and maintaining integrations between various systems, including ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, while building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Responsibilities also include ensuring code quality, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance and coordination for a small development team.
