The Recruiting Coordinator manages the full candidate lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and scheduling to onboarding handoff. They are responsible for maintaining ATS data, generating recruiting reports, and providing high-touch coordination for executive searches.

The Director will serve as a financial leader for PE-backed portfolio companies, managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and the monthly close process. They will also partner with management teams to drive value creation, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with GAAP and debt covenants.
