This role oversees performance marketing, including paid media, with a focus on CPA and ROI, and manages external agencies to drive demand generation.

The Mortgage Loan Closer prepares, reviews, and coordinates loan closing packages for residential mortgage loans. This role ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while facilitating timely loan closings.

Manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain efficient loan progression in a fast-paced environment.

The Underwriter I is responsible for evaluating and analyzing loan documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This includes reviewing documents for borrower eligibility, identifying potential fraud, and ensuring loans meet all necessary guidelines.

The Underwriter III manages a pipeline of complex loan files, making independent underwriting decisions and ensuring compliance with guidelines. They also provide guidance and support to other underwriters to maintain consistency and excellence in the underwriting function.

The Underwriter II is responsible for reviewing and evaluating moderately complex investor loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a pipeline of loan files and delivering exceptional customer service.
