You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of a portfolio of new clients, ensuring they successfully implement and derive value from the software. This involves hosting 1:1 consulting sessions and proactively managing client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
The intern will manage accounts receivable by contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and negotiating payment agreements. They will also collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
The Business Development Representative will research and identify potential leads in the Spanish market while reaching out via phone, email, and social channels. They will also qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
