You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, ensuring they derive value from the software quickly. This involves hosting 1:1 consulting sessions and proactively managing your portfolio to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

The intern will manage accounts receivable by contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and negotiating payment agreements. They will also collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
