Oversee the quality management program by reviewing legal transcripts and providing assessment feedback to independent contractors. Act as a level two knowledge resource to ensure all work products meet established quality standards and service-level agreements.

The Billing Representative is responsible for producing accurate client invoices and resolving anomalies between data and subcontractor invoices. They ensure timely payment for vendors and reporters while adhering to financial policies to maximize company profitability.
