The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue by maintaining existing relationships and developing new partnerships with law firms and attorneys. This includes conducting product presentations, tracking activities in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Oversee the quality management program by reviewing legal transcripts and providing assessment feedback to independent contractors. Act as a level two knowledge resource to ensure all work products meet established quality standards and service-level agreements.
