The role focuses on creatively sourcing and screening high-quality marketing talent to build a robust pipeline. You will partner with pod leads to calibrate role briefs and optimize the overall recruitment process and visibility.

Set the strategic direction for the Brand pod and act as the senior point of contact for founder-led challenger brands. Lead and coach a growing team while managing the pod's P&L and integrating brand work with growth and social teams.

Manage day-to-day finance administration including accounts payable and receivable while supporting operational reporting. Focus on improving business systems, building automations, and documenting SOPs to scale the business effectively.
