The analyst will support day-to-day compensation program activities, including market pricing, job evaluations, and salary surveys. They will also collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with wage regulations and maintain accurate compensation data.

Adjunct faculty will facilitate weekly live class meetings via Zoom and provide timely feedback on student assignments and asynchronous work. They are also responsible for meeting with students to support their success and participating in program outcome activities.
