The specialist conducts compliance monitoring for mortgage loans, focusing on regulatory adherence through regular reviews of denied, withdrawn, and incomplete loan files. Key duties include managing disclosures, monitoring dashboards for procedural adherence (ECOA, TRID, HMDA), and responding to staff compliance inquiries.
