They are expected to identify mission needs, communicate potential solutions, and engage in professional training to build relevant skillsets.
Design and operate production-quality infrastructure while building automated testing systems for heterogeneous edge hardware. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and overall platform reliability.
Lead the Field Engineering team in deploying and scaling the Frontline Perception System across diverse operational and tactical edge environments. Act as a player-coach by managing engineers while remaining technically engaged in integration architecture and tooling development.
