The Fund Operations Associate will manage daily custody, cash operations, and participant transactions while maintaining accurate NAV and portfolio records. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support investment accounting workflows and drive process improvements.

Develop user-centric features within a Rails/React environment while maintaining high software sustainability. Provide active mentoring and technical guidance to teammates to improve front end practices.

Lead end-to-end product design for the Card Platform and support the Trust & Invest business line. Drive customer research and synthesize insights to shape product requirements and improve user experience.
