Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs in leadership, practice management, business literacy, and succession planning, including selecting and managing external trainers and partners. Track program performance and business impact, work with regional directors and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, and ensure learning transfers into daily clinic operations.
Provide remote veterinary consultations via video and telephone for pet owners, including emergency triage and initial health assessments. Document all consultations and provide clear treatment recommendations or referrals to local clinics when necessary.
You will support the academy team in organizing and developing training and educational programs. This includes preparing and following up on events, courses, and training sessions while contributing your perspective as a veterinary student.
