Act as the primary technical liaison for clients to integrate and optimize software platforms within their media production workflows. Provide tier 1 support, design tailored technical solutions, and collaborate with product teams for platform improvements.

Design and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs to power Disney's digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to ensure system reliability and low latency.
