The paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files for foreclosure litigation and loss mitigation. They are also responsible for maintaining calendars, tracking billable hours, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and client requirements.

The Bankruptcy Paralegal prepares legal documents such as motions, complaints, and orders for foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. They also manage court filings, maintain case databases, and coordinate court hearings and meetings.

The Title Curative Specialist is responsible for resolving title curative matters and maintaining the workload through tracking systems. This includes ordering and reviewing documentation, drafting reconveyance, and conducting research to resolve title issues.
