The Electrical IQA Officer will assure and improve the quality of electrical apprenticeship provision through risk-based sampling, observations, and feedback. They will provide coaching and guidance to Training Officers and Tutors to ensure consistent assessment standards and apprentice progress.
Manage a caseload of electrical apprentices by conducting regular workplace visits, progress reviews, and assessments to ensure industry standards are met. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to learners and employers to facilitate successful programme completion.
