The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for HR services across the Tennessee Board of Regents system. This role manages system-wide benefits, personnel actions, compliance, and serves as a trusted business partner to colleges and the System Office.

The instructor is responsible for teaching geography courses in a fully online environment using the D2L Brightspace platform. Duties include student engagement, assessment, grading, and maintaining accurate academic records.
