The Conference Administrator is responsible for the planning, dissemination, and execution of the annual conference, including managing digital assets, budgets, and registration. They also provide administrative support to the Executive Director and coordinate the work of student interns and volunteers.

Manage the full lifecycle of complex contractual agreements, including drafting, negotiating, and executing academic and professional service contracts. Act as a strategic liaison between senior leadership, legal counsel, and finance to ensure regulatory compliance and budget alignment.
