The Manager, Operations will lead a team to execute disaster response goals, manage regional budgets, and oversee resource allocation. They are responsible for building volunteer relationships, coordinating disaster operations, and mentoring staff within the East Branch territory.

The Business Development Officer will identify, cultivate, and close new corporate and foundation partnership opportunities to support the organization's financial and programmatic goals. They are responsible for managing the full sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting and pitch creation to contract negotiation and internal handoff.

The Associate will execute disaster response strategies and build relationships with community partners across New England. They will also support the leadership lifecycle of volunteers and serve as a key member of the Emergency Operations Team during disaster activations.
