You will own the post-sale customer journey, focusing on driving expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business. You are responsible for maintaining account health, ensuring adoption, and managing renewals to meet a $50K/month expansion quota.

The SDR is responsible for building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone and email to target accounting and tax professionals. They will qualify inbound leads and partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

Develop and validate state and local tax datasets and documentation to power AI-driven tax solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex tax concepts into machine-readable formats and refine AI model outputs.

Serve as a technical subject matter expert to develop and validate tax data and documentation for AI-driven tax solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create case studies, decision trees, and scenarios that stress-test AI capabilities.

Design, build, and maintain core backend systems and APIs using Python and Django to power tax professional workflows. Own the application architecture, including domain modeling and database performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
