The Patient Relations Coordinator facilitates the resolution of patient and family concerns by coordinating with internal and external resources. They also support service recovery processes and maintain accurate documentation to ensure organizational service excellence.

Responsible for the accurate abstracting and case-finding of cancer data according to ACS and Florida Cancer Data system requirements. Assists with tumor conferences, Cancer Committee meetings, and reporting for CoC accreditation.

Provide culturally competent and ethical behavioral health services to individuals, families, and couples in an outpatient setting. Support patients with mental health and substance use needs to improve their emotional wellness and quality of life.
