The Executive Director is responsible for setting the vision and executing strategies to drive local impact for students and educators in Indiana. This includes advancing teacher leadership, managing fundraising goals, and stewarding a network of champions to influence education policy.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Chief of Staff to ensure organizational efficiency. Manages executive logistics, tracks strategic milestones, and implements AI-enabled workflows to streamline operations.
