The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. They act as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project risks and dependencies.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic global enterprise accounts while serving as an executive sponsor to ensure long-term customer success. Act as a player-coach by balancing direct account ownership with the leadership and mentorship of the account management team.

Develop and execute partnership strategies across NA, UK, and EMEA to accelerate growth within the secure payment ecosystem. Manage relationships with VARs, MSPs, and CCaaS providers to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
