You will own the technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, including scoping, data migrations, and complex configurations. You will also act as a bridge between customers and the engineering team to translate operational pain points into robust product solutions.
Lead and scale the Customer Success organization by developing strategic playbooks and managing a team of CSMs. Act as an executive partner to critical accounts to drive retention, product adoption, and net revenue retention.
Build and maintain customer-facing data models and sharing processes within Snowflake. Develop Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards embedded in the product for enterprise customers.
