The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for telephony and voice product lines, including PBX interoperability and CTI integration. They will also manage strategic partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of healthcare contact centers.

The Director will manage and rationalize the existing partner portfolio while building a scalable ecosystem that generates measurable revenue. They will act as an internal liaison to align Product, Engineering, and Sales teams with partnership goals and integration requirements.
