Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-team projects to build and scale APIs within a service-oriented, event-driven architecture. Mentor other engineers and collaborate with product managers and designers to improve system performance and reliability.

Lead the product organization's analytical efforts by owning experimentation, instrumentation, and the creation of core business dashboards. Translate quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback into actionable insights to shape the product roadmap and customer experience.

Own the design of product workstreams for personal loan and HELOC products from problem framing to high-fidelity deliverables. Conduct user research and leverage AI tools to create scalable, compliant, and user-centric financial experiences.

This role is responsible for owning credit portfolio performance analysis across lending products, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and developing credit strategies that balance growth, risk management, and customer experience. The Director will also lead deep analytical investigations and partner with Data Science to guide predictive model development and risk framework implementation.
