Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Client projects, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process of configurable SaaS software. Responsible for gathering client requirements, performing gap analysis, and configuring solutions to meet compliance needs.

The intern will maintain data accuracy and platform quality by reviewing customer records and account organization. They will also perform quality assurance testing to identify formatting issues and usability gaps across training platforms.

Manage and secure Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including infrastructure deployment, identity management, and security compliance. Support day-to-day IT operations and provision customer platforms to ensure scalable and reliable cloud services.
