Manage end-to-end payroll processes for over 600 employees across North American geographies, ensuring statutory and legal compliance. Collaborate with HR and Finance to handle pension payments, audits, and system improvements via ADP.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and operating distributed systems and microservices that support Sotheby's global auction and luxury sales platforms. You will collaborate across teams to maintain high-quality code and solve complex business problems while ensuring system reliability.
