Provide technical support and issue resolution for internet connectivity, email, and webhosting via phone, email, and SMS. Collaborate with team members to research problems and maintain productivity through ticket resolution.

Perform site surveys for MDU buildings to estimate costs for parts, labor, and expenses for full building installations. Collaborate with Field Service Management and Sales teams to design installation plans and maintain project documentation.

Manage daily operations of the outside fiber plant, including engineering, permitting, and maintenance of new and existing facilities. Design and develop complex OSP equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades while coordinating with utilities and government agencies.
