Drive trading growth on Solana by onboarding prop shops, HFT firms, and market makers across the APAC region. Manage counterparty relationships and collaborate with product teams to implement necessary trading features and incentives.

Lead DeFi growth in the Americas by managing protocol partnerships and driving institutional adoption of Solana DeFi. Design liquidity incentive programs and manage relationships with regional trading desks and retail growth channels.

Manage the inbound pipeline for the Solana Developer Platform by qualifying leads and routing them to appropriate internal stakeholders. Maintain detailed CRM records and synthesize partner feedback to inform the product roadmap.

The Head of Stablecoins will define and own the end-to-end stablecoin growth strategy for Solana, encompassing issuer relationships, on-chain distribution, and utility. This involves building and managing key relationships with issuers, exchanges, and protocols to deepen stablecoin supply and usage on the network.
