You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap while building and leading the product management team from the ground up. You will partner with leadership to define the product vision and establish the operational processes for discovery, prioritization, and execution.
Own the growth surfaces including the vet portal and website to optimize clinic acquisition and pet parent enrollment. Build AI-powered experiences and data layers to drive personalization and lifecycle engagement across the product.
Build and maintain the data infrastructure, including BI integrations, pipelines, and dbt models to provide actionable insights. Partner with GTM, marketing, CX, and engineering teams to translate business needs into reliable analytics assets.
