Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Rent-to-Own platform to improve merchant adoption and customer acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment, servicing, and onboarding experiences for dealer partners and customers.

This role will lead day-to-day ecommerce operations, ensuring site stability and performance while translating company strategy into actionable roadmaps and operational plans. The director will define and monitor key performance indicators to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across owned digital storefronts.
