Provide remote veterinary support to members via text-based chat and phone communications. Collaborate with virtual and in-practice teams to maintain accurate medical records and deliver exceptional member experiences.
The Director of Product will own the end-to-end consumer and staff-facing product portfolio, including website, mobile app, and internal tools. They will also lead product workstreams for the integration of newly combined practice groups and drive monetization and conversion experiments.
