The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategic external organizing campaigns and managing overall field operations. This includes directing campaign staff, establishing accountability systems, and coordinating with union leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Develop and execute training programs to build organizing capacity for International and Local Union staff. Assess capacity gaps and create learner-centered curricula to align with campaign goals and SEIU strategies.

The Campaign Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic local, regional, and national organizing campaigns to build worker power. This includes managing campaign staff, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholder local unions and government agencies.

Oversee and execute the production of high-quality video and digital content to advance the union's unified narrative. Lead a team of content creators and editors while managing external vendors and editorial calendars.

Drive the modernization of local unions by implementing new technologies and strategies for member recruitment, organizing, and representation. Focus specifically on developing systems for direct dues payment to protect union resources from political attacks.
