Scholar Rock

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for building and managing the commercial supply chain for Scholar Rock in Japan, overseeing artwork, packaging, and distribution. The role involves managing external CMO partnerships and collaborating with global teams to ensure compliant and efficient product supply.

Provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to US and Global Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Drive talent, culture, and operational excellence through the management of performance, compensation, and employee relations processes.

The MSL will serve as a scientific expert, fostering relationships with KOLs and payers while delivering clinical presentations on pipeline and commercial products. They will also support clinical development activities, manage territory plans, and provide internal teams with critical insights from HCP interactions.
