The consultant will lead the development of an Economic and Financial Analysis (EFA) to inform the GROW project's feasibility study and GCF funding proposal. This includes assessing economic viability, creating replicable EFA models, and integrating findings into the final proposal for climate-resilient education in Iraq.

Provide short-term specialist therapeutic counselling, psycho-education, and referrals to individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Establish caller safety and build rapport within a national framework of best practice principles.

The specialist will serve as the end-to-end delivery partner for a 12-part global webinar series, managing all technical, logistical, and linguistic aspects. Responsibilities include platform management, speaker briefing, live production, and providing multilingual accessibility for a high-profile audience.
