You will act as a bridge between Finance and Data to unify financial data stacks and ensure data accuracy for leadership decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining financial infrastructure, tracking core KPIs, and performing FP&A tasks like forecasting and budget analysis.

The Dispatch Agent will manage delayed and failed deliveries by coordinating with delivery partners and using cloud-based tools to ensure prompt resolution. They are also responsible for documenting dispatch activities and escalating systemic operational issues to the appropriate teams.

The Team Lead will oversee shift performance, manage quality assurance processes, and facilitate the onboarding and coaching of new customer care agents. They will act as a bridge between frontline staff and leadership to ensure operational excellence and effective resolution of complex issues.

You will design, build, and deploy AI-native features across the full stack while managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to production. You are expected to establish reliable feedback loops and telemetry to ensure AI performance while maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
