Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions, from intake and outbound sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing, while partnering with executives and maintaining hiring pipelines and reporting. Manage core People Operations activities, including employee lifecycle administration, systems and records, employee experience, culture initiatives, and support for international employment arrangements and compliance.
The Dispatch Agent will manage delayed and failed deliveries by coordinating with delivery partners and using internal dashboards to ensure prompt resolution. They are also responsible for documenting dispatch activities and escalating systemic operational issues to the appropriate teams.
The Senior Accountant will manage end-to-end accounts payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations while supporting the monthly close process. They will also contribute to P&L analysis, financial reporting, and the implementation of process improvements using automation and AI tools.
