Provide guidance on health insurance and employer benefits across phone, text, chat, and email channels. Assist members with onboarding, provider searches, and claims issues while providing feedback to the product team.
Deliver high-quality primary care using both asynchronous and synchronous modalities for adult patients. Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine clinical workflows and provide supervision for Advanced Practice Providers.
