Develop and execute Robotiq's Physical AI ecosystem strategy in China by building relationships with humanoid robotics companies, research labs, and OEMs. Enable the reseller network to identify and support Physical AI opportunities while maintaining strategic influence over high-potential accounts.

The role focuses on recruiting and activating net-new vertical equipment distributors and packaging line system integrators to expand market breadth. The manager is responsible for rapid onboarding, securing initial sales, and handing off partners to regional management for scaling.

Develop and execute the Physical AI business development strategy across the AME region to increase Robotiq's visibility and revenue. Build strategic relationships with AI labs, research institutions, and robotics startups to position Robotiq as a key partner in robotic manipulation.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies for the Western U.S. territory, balancing channel development with direct end-user engagement. They are responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver turnkey automation solutions.
