Lead supplier industrialization and quality performance for high-voltage components to ensure seamless production scaling. Drive APQP and PPAP disciplines while monitoring supplier readiness through KPIs and process audits.

The Senior Cost Engineer will develop should-cost models and projections for mechanical and electrical vehicle components, utilizing data from drawings, samples, and assumptions to estimate production costs including raw materials, labor, and tooling. This role also involves supporting procurement through supplier cost breakdown analysis, mentoring procurement staff, and performing Value Analysis/Value Engineering activities to drive cost reductions.
