You will troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers while acting as a subject matter expert for internal teams. You will also collaborate with product and engineering departments to drive product improvements and resolve customer needs.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of decision intelligence solutions by modeling customer data and implementing reasoning systems in production. You will also act as a key contributor to the product roadmap by identifying platform gaps and developing reusable technical abstractions.
