Oversee the integrated functions of Finance, Financial Aid, and Administration to support the university's growth and operational scale. Provide strategic leadership in resource allocation, risk management, and the development of high-performing teams.

Facilitate collaborative mentorship circles and provide coaching to participating teachers to support their professional and personal development. Conduct formal observation cycles and one-on-one sessions to assist teachers with program deliverables and inquiry cycles.

These contracted roles involve instructing graduate-level core courses, facilitating synchronous online seminars, developing elective courses, coaching teacher candidates through observations, and providing timely assessment and feedback on candidate work for credentialing programs.

The Professor of Practice designs and facilitates high-quality, job-embedded learning experiences, modeling ethical and culturally competent instruction while transforming workplace experience into rigorous academic learning. Key focus areas include delivering engaging instruction, providing individualized coaching and mentorship to candidates, and participating in faculty collaboration for continuous improvement.
