The General Manager will own the growth and operations of federal and state scholarship tax credit programs, acting as the primary liaison between external SGO partners and internal teams. Responsibilities include driving corporate and individual donor acquisition, negotiating partnership terms, and managing the end-to-end growth engine for these programs.

Lead the end-to-end process of converting empty buildings into school campuses, including site feasibility, permitting, and project management. Develop design standards and playbooks for multi-location rollouts while managing external consultants and vendors.

Drive financial analysis and strategic business partnership for a national private school network, focusing on site-level performance and real estate modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to inform operational decisions and manage management financial reporting.
