The Director of Admissions is responsible for managing the enrollment funnel, performance outcomes, and growth strategies across all campuses. This role involves leading and coaching the admissions team while establishing operational rigor to meet ambitious enrollment targets.
The Senior Accountant will manage monthly revenue recognition, lead multi-entity consolidations, and oversee accounts payable processes. They will also drive finance projects, including system setups and process automation to improve departmental efficiency.
You will own the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to manage and optimize the enrollment funnel from lead generation to school start. Additionally, you will act as a cross-functional partner to Marketing, Admissions, and Product to establish reporting, lead routing, and operational rhythms.
The Program Lead will own the 3-8 math academic program, including selecting learning software, designing instructional models, and managing a team of virtual math teachers. They will also collaborate with the academic team to ensure program consistency and analyze student performance data to drive continuous improvement.
The General Manager will own the growth and operations of federal and state scholarship tax credit programs, acting as the primary liaison between external SGO partners and internal teams. Responsibilities include driving corporate and individual donor acquisition, negotiating partnership terms, and managing the end-to-end growth engine for these programs.
Lead the end-to-end process of converting empty buildings into school campuses, including site feasibility, permitting, and project management. Develop design standards and playbooks for multi-location rollouts while managing external consultants and vendors.
