The role involves promoting awareness, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing on a global scale. The candidate will contribute to the mission of Postpartum Support International to make a meaningful impact worldwide.

The CQI Specialist supports the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline's continuous quality improvement functions by monitoring performance metrics and implementing quality plans. They are responsible for tracking corrective action plans and contributing to various compliance and impact reports.

Lead the data management infrastructure for the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, ensuring data integrity and utility for reporting and decision-making. Oversee quality improvement initiatives and supervise the CQI Specialist to monitor performance and consumer satisfaction.

The Workforce Enablement Specialist manages the administration of the Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System to support talent acquisition and training operations. This role also designs and facilitates remote onboarding experiences and coordinates training logistics for a distributed workforce.
