The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, and optimization of various Workday modules to improve HR operational efficiency. This includes leading the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support and serving as a strategic advisor to HR, Payroll, and Finance.
