The Senior Business Travel Consultant will provide first-class, 7-star service to business travelers by efficiently managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations for strategic B2B customers, including arranging domestic and international travel components like flights, cars, and hotels. They must proactively maintain client relationships, meet service level agreements, manage GDS queues, and mentor junior team members.

The role involves end-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel, including air, hotel, ground transport, and bespoke requests, while providing expert recommendations aligned with traveller preferences and company policy. Responsibilities also include handling urgent travel disruptions with speed and empathy across multiple channels in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
