The Customer Advocate will own all customer relationships throughout the contract, serving as the primary interface between clients and the internal team. This role involves interpreting complex data to drive user adoption, managing onsite visits, and representing the voice of the customer to engineers.

The Strategic Growth Account Executive will drive revenue and enterprise expansion by managing complex sales cycles for government and public safety agencies. They will partner with implementation teams to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic plans to increase horizontal adoption of the Peregrine platform.

The Solutions Engineer will evangelize the AI-enabled platform by creating tailored product demonstrations and narratives for potential and existing customers. They are responsible for bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs to drive new business and successful deployments.
